At Boldstep Essentials, we want you to love every product you order. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
The seal or protective packaging must not be broken.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
We do not accept returns on:
Items with broken seals or opened packaging
Custom or personalized products
Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange, email us at support@boldstepessentials.net within 48 hours of receiving the item.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@boldstepessentials.net with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions if your request is eligible.
You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
